| | Friday, July 16, 2010 | | The HST Adoption Center will stay open 24-hours on July 16th. Adopters can beat the heat by coming to find their new best friend any time, day or night. The goal is 50 pet adoptions in 24 hours and we'll even have a huge sign outside showing our adoptions and goal for all those driving by. There will also be lots of events and freebies throughout the event including:
*Half Price Adoption Fees on select dogs and cats waiting for new homes
*All adopters get a free Humane Society of Tulsa T-shirt
*Free refreshments
*Adopters can make an ID tag for their new pet (Special thanks to the Oklahoma Alliance for Animals)
*Midnight Microchipping- Get your pet microchipped for free from midnight to 1am
*Donuts with Doggies- Free donuts and coffee from 7-10am
**Plus everyone who adopts a pet during Adopt-A-Thon will be entered into a drawing to win a "YEAR SUPPLY OF SCIENCE DIET PET FOOD"**
(Adopters must bring a copy of their current or previous pet's vet records showing vaccine history)
